The guarantee of data protection – the protection of your privacy – is important to us. We commit ourselves to deal responsibly with your data and to take all required technical and organisational measures to guarantee the required level of protection for the stored data.

Manufacturing of and selling hydraulic fittings

 

Personnel administration: Collecting, processing, using and maybe forwarding of data for own purposes and to meet legal social insurance-related obligations.

Customers: any contract related data, addresses, general communication data, contact data, contract and payment data, bank connections, data on IT communication, invoicing and service data.

 

Interested parties: Addresses, general communication data, contact data, data on IT communication.

Suppliers, service providers, contract partners: Addresses, general communication data, contact data, contract and payment data, bank connections, data on IT communication, support information.

Non-disclosure agreement of possible recipients of data:
All employees of Eifeler Maschinebau GmbH are obliged to keep data secrecy and privacy in compliance with §5 BDSG. According to legal regulations cooperation partners are also bound to secrecy.


Standard periods for data deletion:
After legal, statutory or as agreed upon storage periods have expired. As far as data are not affected they will be deleted if abovementioned purposes do not apply. If the law sees other primary storage periods fit these shall be observed.


Scheduled data transmission to third-party states (outside the EU/EEA countries):
As a matter of principle, forwarding of personal data does not take place. As far as a forwarding of data to third-party states is required this shall only take place under consideration of legal regulations of legitimacy in compliance with § 4 b and § 4 c FDPA.
